Satisfaction Guaranteeable and beyond
Arthur was here for plumbing maintenance review. I had 2 on the spot problems which he fixed at this time. He had come prepared with the necessary equipment on his truck. When i had questions he took the time to explain fully and was pleasant and agreeable. He gave me full eye contact in all his communication. One question he didn't know readily, but took the time to call back to the office and discover the answer so that i might schedule for that issue appropriately.

Central air install
I hired Varsity to do a heat pump and ductwork installation for my home. Lou was excellent from the beginning. He was communicative and upfront with his plan making sure I was in agreement at every turn. The team was professional, friendly, upbeat, and worked very clean. It was a multiple day job and they cleaned up so well each day, it was like any other evening for us. One night we were away and they even fed our cats. I highly recommend Varsity for any HVAC needs.
Overall an excellent job
We were very happy with the service that Varsity employee performed today. He was very professional, explained what he going to do, and informed us of the cost as well. James was also very knowledgeable and courteous and cleaned up the area when he was done. Overall an excellent job.

Professional Gentlemen
From the beginning... getting ideas, estimates, knowledge to talking out my concerns, to learning about my options, to setting my choice dates, to the the day of on time arrival to install.....my feeling was comfortable. The actual two days of installation, the teams, headed by Luis were "professional gentlemen" who listened to me, explained and performed their skilled crafts. There were some problems that had to be worked out, but the guys kept reassuring me that all would be well....and it was! At the end, I felt grateful that I had such hard and dedicated workers who treated me with kindness and respect. My mini-splits look so nice and work so beautifully. It's very exciting after living so many years with- out an air conditioning system. Thank you Varsity Home Company.
Yearly Maintenance
Derek is a competent and upbeat technician who obviously takes pride in his work. Not only did he provide the yearly maintenance which involved crawling into the hatch in a closet to access the unit, but changed my ceiling filter as well. As an added bonus, he offered to open the ceiling vents which eliminated ladder work for me which was greatly appreciated. I look forward to seeing him next year and I'm sure he looks forward to crawling into that tiny hatch again.
