Really appreciated Varsity’s fast response time and patience in communicating with me over the phone when we needed help with a water leak at our rental property. The technician, Sean Flynn, was very professional and took his time to take photos and explain in detail what the issue was and how to resolve. Anna Otten, customer service supervisor, was also very pleasant in handling my questions over the phone. Thank you both!

Annually I have replaced my water filter always with a five star review. This visit I inquired about changing my system and upping my water filtration system. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and took his patience, explaining the different systems to me, which made it very clear and easy to choose His professionalism was above all the service and quality is always the finest.
