No heat call
Received call at 7:30 that Ryan was on his way and to expect him at 8:00am. He was prompt. Told him about the lack of heat. He immediately went to the unit and knew what was wrong. He reset the navian unit and it worked. Told me the unit did not ignite previously but it was operating now. Told me to watch if it goes out again it may need a new igniter. He also reset the thermostat. He was professional and knowledgeable. The most wonderful thing is he had the patience for my dog. He was not afraid of him and talked and pet him. It was great!! Thanks varsity for the patient and thoughtful person you employ. Thanks Ryan for being that person.
Above and Beyond
Danny checked our combo gas boiler, which had stopped twice and had to be reset. He was excellent and went way above and beyond. He immediately detected and fixed the problem, which was a flame recognition problem due to carbon on the coil. He then checked out the entire system inside and outside. He even noticed that lint from our dryer vent had collected on the coils of the outside central air conditioning unit and cleaned it to avoid a problem in the Spring when we turned it on.We will definitely request Danny for any future service calls.

Ceiling leak
Service thru Varsity, as always, was terrific. Anytime we’ve requested service, the people they send are always top-notch. This call was no exception. Diagnostic appointment
My problem was a bit confusing and uncommon. Derek, my technician , entered my home with respect to me, my home and Corona Virus protections. Derek was pleasant, polite, eager to identify the problem and make the repair. He was efficient, honest, personable and knowledgeable.
