From the moment Steven walked in to assess our current boiler and water heater, I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to answer all of my questions. I received multiple quotes from other companies but felt most comfortable with Varsity after meeting them and reading their reviews from other customers. Connor led the installation. He came for a few minutes the day before to measure and make sure everything was ready to go... I LOVED this!! The installation was an 11 hour job and the team was a well-oiled machine. The old boiler and water heater were removed, the new one installed without any issues, and we are finally enjoying a system that is new, efficient, and well-suited for our home. Thank you to Steven, Connor and the rest of the Varsity team!

Unexpected HVAC leak

Derek L. came over and spoke with my son in law who has a much better understanding of mechanical situations than I have. Derek fixed the problem which was two part with a smile on his masked face ( I could see he was smiling from his eyes) even though he was working on his birthday! He also helped me secure a heating and cooling service contract. He is an exceptional employee for Varsity.
