Jim was very helpful. He was on time and took all the precautions needed. He looked at my home analyzed it and found all the different ways he can troubleshoot without being intrusive or disruptive (very helpful when my whole family was in the house doing summer work). He explained to me what he was doing and how it can help. 2 days later it looks like what he did was absolutely helpful and corrected the issue. He gave us some advice going forward that was also helpful. The customer service team from this company is really something to be proud of. I hope I don't have to see you guys again for the whole season.

AC wasn't blowing cold at all. Had Varsity out and the technician was punctual, knowledgeable, and ensured my system was where it needed to be before he left. Was very helpful in explaining what he was doing. First time having Varsity out and am I happy with the outcome.

James and Max were on time and did an extraordinary job with a very difficult situation. They were very polite and efficient they were diligent and very pleasant. They also took extra time to Answer my questions I couldn’t ask for better workers. I am very pleased with the job.

To charge $460.00+ dollars to replace a bathroom faucet, smacks s of price gouging in the the face of covid. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I just want to say this guy was great. He took the time to talk about what he was doing, what he was using. The options available. Very knowledgeable and polite. Very courteous wearing a mask, gloves and booties and going up in a third story attic on the hottest day of the summer so far! Can’t say enough good things about him.
