Where do I begin!? From the first initial phone call to the office and until the job was complete ...excellent and professional services. I was nervous but Ray showed up. He was fast fun, friendly and professional.He put my mind at ease I showed him the job that needed to be done he explained everything he was doing and I was so relieved and not nervous and was happy when the job was done. The Varsity team from Christine, Dana,Raymond, Will to Vidal wonderful to work with! Never had a problem! Keep up the good work!

Where do I begin!? I was nervous but Ray showed up. Varsity more than met the expectations. Their service was excellent, they were attentive, knowledgeable and did an amazing job they replaced a boiler, they sent a crew out took the old one out and installed a new quality system.

Finally 2 year problem found

Finally after 2 years the tech Ralph came and found the problem. Leaks in two units. Ralph was very professional and very pleasant. He came two days and finally found the issues that should have been found a year ago but the tech apparently that came didn't follow through. I would reccomend and ask for him on any future issues. Hopefully there won't be.....Ralph is an asset to the company. Thank you Ralph he listened when I got upset and explained everything and worked with me with the Company. Dave the manager also worked with me.
