I was very pleased with Craig's servicing and check-up of my gas furnace. He was courteous and answered any questions I had. Would recommend him highly.

John was here for maintenance check. due to his thorough exam, he found some issues that needed repair that I would not have noticed until total system failure. I appreciated his willingness to explain and show me the steps in his evaluation, clearly showed me the problem areas, and made helpful suggestions for remedy.. he was patient and willing to listen to my concerns and very knowledgeable about systems function and technology.

Christian was very thorough and professional in executing this project. He explained everything that he did in order to resolve the problem. I liked the fact that he cleaned up after he was done and carted away the debris. I would definitely, if I had another leak, (hoping that I will not have another) request him to do the work. Very courteous and polite. He deserves a bonus.

Brandon was a pleasure to deal with He was personable yet professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our sink could not be replaced because it was part of the countertop and the entire countertop would have had to be replaced. After he pointed it out, it was clear. He did give me a price for the replacement of the faucet and the service charge would be applied to the installation. I have not yet decided to replace it but would use Varsity to install it as well as our plumbing needs going forward. Also want to add that the following morning I received a call from Erica, a member of their staff to ask how everything had gone on the job. I definitely thought that doing that was going a step above and beyond and unexpected.
