"When they say you’re joining the Varsity family, they’re not kidding! Every call was answered or immediately returned. I knew who was coming to my house by name & I got a confirmation call as well as a 30-minute reminder ahead of appointments. We highly recommend Varsity & thank them for their work."

"The Varsity team made it feel like a visit from a family member. Warm, friendly & engaging. Highly professional & inspired us with the utmost confidence. That personality really puts a human face on a service call. When there are many businesses to choose from, this makes all the difference to us. We’ll never look anywhere but to Varsity!"

"There is no question that we made the right choice to use this company. From the pleasant attitude of the receptionist to the salespeople & technical support, they showed concern as to what system would be best for our needs without pressure to upsell."

Extraordinary

Cathleen C. 3 years ago

The purpose of this service call was to remove the old AC duct system and replace with new. I was not only astounded by this labor intensive job but so very impressed with the determination, knowledge, and skill demonstrated by Alexis. He completed over 60% of the work before.Eli and Jimmy were able to arrive to assist as they had just completed work elsewhere. Eli and Jimmy were just as committed to the job as Alexis. I thank each of them for their intense hardwork, as this job was ( to me).extraordinarily brutal. Thank you!!

Air handler and condenser loved his work ...

Jerry C. 3 years ago

Larry first inspected the air handler system, checked all components for efficency, and made any necessary adjustments professionally. Then, he stepped outside to inspect the condenser with the Fieldpiece gauge set to accurately measure each numerical requirement for a stable run of the unit. Larry performed a wonderful task for the combined AC-unit and it would be great to have him next time!

Varsity was great. Same day service when our system when down, the technician Anthony was wonderful! Very knowledgeable & respectful. Worked very hard to get our central air fixed for us, he even left to get a new control board & bring it back to fix right away. We even signed a membership with them because of the wonderful experience.

Prompt service

Varsity provided exceptional service especially by tech Anthony Squires who helped with repairing by AC unit which wasn’t blowing cool air. He was efficient and honest about the work needed and explained everything perfectly for me to understand. I really appreciate how knowledgeable he was about the unit and even provided me with helpful tips on how to maintain the unit more efficiently.
