The purpose of this service call was to remove the old AC duct system and replace with new. I was not only astounded by this labor intensive job but so very impressed with the determination, knowledge, and skill demonstrated by Alexis. He completed over 60% of the work before.Eli and Jimmy were able to arrive to assist as they had just completed work elsewhere. Eli and Jimmy were just as committed to the job as Alexis. I thank each of them for their intense hardwork, as this job was ( to me).extraordinarily brutal. Thank you!!

Larry first inspected the air handler system, checked all components for efficency, and made any necessary adjustments professionally. Then, he stepped outside to inspect the condenser with the Fieldpiece gauge set to accurately measure each numerical requirement for a stable run of the unit. Larry performed a wonderful task for the combined AC-unit and it would be great to have him next time!

Varsity was great. Same day service when our system when down, the technician Anthony was wonderful! Very knowledgeable & respectful. Worked very hard to get our central air fixed for us, he even left to get a new control board & bring it back to fix right away. We even signed a membership with them because of the wonderful experience.

Varsity provided exceptional service especially by tech Anthony Squires who helped with repairing by AC unit which wasn’t blowing cool air. He was efficient and honest about the work needed and explained everything perfectly for me to understand. I really appreciate how knowledgeable he was about the unit and even provided me with helpful tips on how to maintain the unit more efficiently.

When I came home Friday afternoon I was greeted by a water drip from my ceiling apparently coming from my central air conditioner unit. I called Varsity who scheduled a Monday morning appointment. Craig quickly determined the problem and its solution and quickly fixed the problem.

John provided excellent service and was able to fix my plumbing problem. He was very friendly and informative and explained everything. He educated me about Nassau county water issues. Varsity service providers are the people who take care of real problems and provide customer education They are the people who keep society running. I pray for them every day
