From start to finish, our experience with Varsity was excellent. Vinny was our Sales Consulant and was a true professional. Eli and Jimmy were our installers and they were outstanding. I would highly recommend Varsity for any heating/cooling needs.

Install unit replacement

Slab leak

Brandon and Brian were truly professional from start to finish. Every step of the way way was talked about and well thought out. They were able to locate and pinpoint my slab leak and it was fixed with surgical precision and was minimally invasive. The clean up that they did was impeccable. Highly recommend this duo if you ever find yourself needing to repair a slab leak. 5 stars all around.

Expensive !!!

I was shocked at the cost of this repair that I requested. However, I accepted it since I needed it done and they were at my house. Going forward I doubt I would call them again.

Vidal was great but before that I called Varsity and spoke to Anna. She was great had empathy that my ceiling was leaking water and got someone there within 2 hours. Vidal was very personable and thorough. He located the problem and corrected it. I am very appreciative of the timely response from Varsity.

CHRIS I was as professional as you can get. He checked the outside and inside units. He found uv_lamb out and replaced it with new one with our permission. JOB WELL DONE!!
