Derek was a pleasant tech spoke about my options and I’m happy that my ac is working properly now .I’m hoping the leak is in the evap be less than the condenser .

My experience with Eli J. and his team members proved to be above and beyond my expectations,. They worked diligently and answered all my questions in a respectful way. I definitely will recommend. This is not my first experience with Varsity, and so far, I have been pleased.

Experience took all of 2 minutes. I explained i needed my 2 units recharged. He said ok thats $550per unit. I said wow that alot, ive needed it done the last few years and that 3 times what i normally pay. I asked why couldnt the girl tell me that on the phone? He said shes mot allowed. Thats how they get u for the service call. I called around and had it done for $425. Tech said they charge alot because they have alot of overhead. No thank u, never again Varsity

Diagnosed the problem fast and made repairs but had to wait a week for an appointment, a week without cool air is a long time

Kyle was very thorough. He is very polite, neat, and professional. He spoke with my husband, Richard, and went over a few things with him. We recommend him to everyone. Varsity needs to make sure they keep this excellent service rep employed there. We would love for him to come to our home every time we call Varsity for HVAC service.

Eli was the team leader of my installation and crew and they were very knowledgeable about the installation and products being installed. The process was explained to me every step of the way and the crew were very careful to keep me updated on their progress. I could see the crew communicated well among themselves and they were able to make adjustments to the work along the way based on the conditions of the walls and location of installation. This was a truly professional crew and they completed the installation as promised. They prepared for the work and cleaned up after themselves and left everything perfect. I recommend this company and crew to anyone that wants a job done promptly and professionally. I am impressed and amazed by my new cooling system.
