Our heat turned off

Craig K. was prompt to show up within a half of calling Varsity heating. He reviewed the situation and quickly found it to be water in the pipes to which he drained the pipes through the boiler. Considering nothing had to be repaired, it wasn't that bad. Craig stayed to make sure heat was restored to the upstairs. I highly recommend Varsity.

Outstanding. One of the best Varsity service technicians that I have dealt with over the past years. Craig was thorough, informative, asked thought provoking questions and provided a solid explanation of what additional products or services would make sense to order. Craig was excellent. He did a thorough job in checking out our AC unit and providing recommendations. Varsity proactively kept in touch with us throughout our scheduled procedure. Craig was very professional and personable. Highly recommend.

I opted to have a recommended air scrubber added to my HVAC system. The technician, Craig was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable about the product. He got the job done quickly. I've had Varsity here for several jobs now and am very pleased with their service. Highly recommend them!

I just had Craig K. and Mike K. come over to fix a part in my AC unit. Very polite both put on there booties when they came in the house which is always appreciated. The guys were very thorough, they didn’t just throw the part in a leave they made sure the unit was working properly. Great guys. Give them a raise!
