From the initial call to Erica-the consultation with Anthony and Dave-to the installation of our new Heating and A/C units we couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism, punctuality and expertise. I was extremely satisfied with Varsity's services in replacing my water heater and servicing my boiler. Technicians James, Ramon and Raymond were professionlal, competent, and friendly, and provided me with a detailed explanation of their work. I will use Varsity for all my heating, cooling and plumbing services.

James and Luis S. came to replace our furnace wire into a hard metal pipe. Since national Grid Technician wanted us to replace the wire that is Called to be a Suffolk county code violation. Thanks to Varsity responded our furnace issue. James / Jimmy answers all my questions. He is very pleasant, kind, professional, quick and very efficient to get the job done.

Vinny and Brian were at our home on a service call on Jan 11. They were here for a few hours. The job was excellent, clean and neat. They were respectful, polite and wonderful workers. We now have plenty of hot water!
