James and Luis S. came to replace our furnace wire into a hard metal pipe. Since national Grid Technician wanted us to replace the wire that is Called to be a Suffolk county code violation. Thanks to Varsity responded our furnace issue. James / Jimmy answers all my questions. He is very pleasant, kind, professional, quick and very efficient to get the job done.

James Cheadle is a great HVAC technician. He is very knowledgeable and efficient in his job. He makes sure what he does in his project is right. He came into my home to install the anode rod and flush my water heater. He did it without any issues. I would love to recommend Varsity for future reference.
