Kevin was Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Polite. He answered all my questions with patience and in terms I understood. Kevin is truly an asset to your company.

I had an install crew come to my home to install a ductless mini split system yesterday. From the moment I called, I was pleased with the customer service. From Dave the supervisor who answered all my questions, to Eric the general manager who accommodated me on the schedule, to Christine who helped me with finance concerns, to Vinny who conducted my walk thru prior to the install, to the install crew themselves, it was a great experience all the way through. I received an email with photos of the technician's prior to their arrival, so I knew who to expect. They came on time, arrived in uniform and kept my home clean. They explained what would be done prior to starting the job, so that they could customize it to my liking. This team was very professional, and their work was FLAWLESS. Kevin, Tommy, and Colin were very polite, and kind, the entire time they were here. I couldn't be any more pleased with my experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services in their home. 5 stars and two thumbs up! So very happy that I chose them for the job. I will certainly be using them again in the future. Thank you Varsity for a job well done, so happy to finally have cool air in my home.

from the start with Ralph being so informative we felt very comfortable and Erica also helped us through all our questions. Kevin Tom and Colin were so polite and didn't leave one speck of dust . Kevin,Eli,Chris and Tyler were great. Very clean, professional and timely. Certain parts of the job they would ask if I prefer this way or that which was greatly appreciated. Explained every step thoroughly and how the system works. I would 100% recommend Varsity to anyone I know looking for work done.

Kevin L. and his assistant Tyler W. replaced the air handler component of our central air conditioning system. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and competent. He thoroughly answered all of our questions and concerns. I even received a follow-up call from Eric L. inquiring if the job was completed to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the service received from Varsity.

Excellent from start to finish. Very knowledgeable team. Had to replace AC units and furnace. Work completed on time and very neat and clean. Highly recommend Varsity! The boys need a raise!
