I had an install crew come to my home to install a ductless mini split system yesterday. From the moment I called, I was pleased with the customer service. From Dave the supervisor who answered all my questions, to Eric the general manager who accommodated me on the schedule, to Christine who helped me with finance concerns, to Vinny who conducted my walk thru prior to the install, to the install crew themselves, it was a great experience all the way through. I received an email with photos of the technician's prior to their arrival, so I knew who to expect. They came on time, arrived in uniform and kept my home clean. They explained what would be done prior to starting the job, so that they could customize it to my liking. This team was very professional, and their work was FLAWLESS. Kevin, Tommy, and Colin were very polite, and kind, the entire time they were here. I couldn't be any more pleased with my experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services in their home. 5 stars and two thumbs up! So very happy that I chose them for the job. I will certainly be using them again in the future. Thank you Varsity for a job well done, so happy to finally have cool air in my home.

Kevin L. and his assistant Tyler W. replaced the air handler component of our central air conditioning system. They did an excellent job from start to finish. HVAC service and install
Excellent from start to finish. Very knowledgeable team. Had to replace AC units and furnace. Work completed on time and very neat and clean. Highly recommend Varsity! The boys need a raise!
Total Satisfaction
Kevin arrived and did a tremendous job of identifying the problem and did not leave until unit worked correctly. The main problem turned out to be a wiring issue. Kevin also made the operation of the thermostat more user friendly. A rating of 10+ for Kevin
AC Installation
My installation team was led by Kevin with Alexis and Tyler. Kevin led me through a pre-installation check before beginning the work. They were very knowledgeable and professional and left my house spotless. I would recommend Varsity for this service.
