I had an install crew come to my home to install a ductless mini split system yesterday. From the moment I called, I was pleased with the customer service. From Dave the supervisor who answered all my questions, to Eric the general manager who accommodated me on the schedule, to Christine who helped me with finance concerns, to Vinny who conducted my walk thru prior to the install, to the install crew themselves, it was a great experience all the way through. I received an email with photos of the technician's prior to their arrival, so I knew who to expect. They came on time, arrived in uniform and kept my home clean. They explained what would be done prior to starting the job, so that they could customize it to my liking. This team was very professional, and their work was FLAWLESS. Kevin, Tommy, and Colin were very polite, and kind, the entire time they were here. I couldn't be any more pleased with my experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services in their home. 5 stars and two thumbs up! So very happy that I chose them for the job. I will certainly be using them again in the future. Thank you Varsity for a job well done, so happy to finally have cool air in my home.

Ductless AC install
Kevin and his team are, without a doubt, the best in the business. When I was looking for companies to install a ductless AC system in my home, I had a difficult time finding one that would work for my open floor plan. Many companies told me that they would have to run everything in the front of my house, which would not have been an ideal solution for me. Fortunately, Kevin and his team were able to provide me with a solution that other companies could not. They were able to install the unit and run everything to the back of my house, which was exactly what I needed. The installation process was seamless, and the team worked efficiently and effectively to get the job done. They were respectful of my home and they left everything clean and tidy after the installation was complete. The ductless AC unit itself is fantastic. It works flawlessly, and I am so grateful to Kevin and his team for their expertise and attention to detail. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of ductless AC installation.
