An Excellent Furnace Installation

During out annual heating inspection with Varsity, the technician Larry notified us that our heating system was aged to the point of rusting and could lead to extensive repairs, so we decided to move forward with their replacement option instead. We definitely received five-star service for what we felt was a fair price. Our installation technicians Kevin and Tyler were courteous, on time, and detail oriented. We will be recommending Varsity to all of our friends and family and will continue to use them in the future!

from the start with Ralph being so informative we felt very comfortable and Erica also helped us through all our questions. Kevin Tom and Colin were so polite and didn't leave one speck of dust . My installation team was led by Kevin with Alexis and Tyler. Kevin led me through a pre-installation check before beginning the work. They were very knowledgeable and professional and left my house spotless. I would recommend Varsity for this service.

Kevin arrived and did a tremendous job of identifying the problem and did not leave until unit worked correctly. The main problem turned out to be a wiring issue. Kevin also made the operation of the thermostat more user friendly. A rating of 10+ for Kevin
