Excellent Service

We woke up to no heat at 8am… within 2 hours of calling Varsity … Ralph and Eric were at our house diagnosing the problem and thoroughly explaining what needed to be done. They reacted to the urgency of having no heat to the upstairs to our house and will be here tomorrow to replace the burner. They are both knowledgeable and professional.

I was very pleased with my technician Ralph who was honest and professional in addressing an issue I had with my CAC unit. He gave me recommendations to fix issues that were caused by the original installer from a different company and I am happy to say I will be using Varsity to service my unit going further. I will also be recommending Varsity to anyone that I know that needs heating/cooling systems serviced. Thank you!

Finally 2 year problem found

Finally after 2 years the tech Ralph came and found the problem. Leaks in two units. Ralph was very professional and very pleasant. He came two days and finally found the issues that should have been found a year ago but the tech apparently that came didn't follow through. I would reccomend and ask for him on any future issues. Hopefully there won't be.....Ralph is an asset to the company. Thank you Ralph he listened when I got upset and explained everything and worked with me with the Company. Dave the manager also worked with me.

Ralph was the tech who visited and serviced the cooling system. Ralph was courteous, efficient and punctual for the scheduled service. The entire team including Ericka and Dayna who set the appointment up and renewed my service contract were equally efficient. Thank you

Annual Maint

Ralph performed the annual maintenance on my AC system Varsity installed in 2009. He completed the work and informed me that the system was still working perfectly. He also noted that some mold was present in the exchange and offered a solution which is expensive but given we have been with them for 14 years and there is a trust there I authorized the work.
