Derek is a great professional to work with. He was upfront and clear about the entire process. Kept me informed what needed to be done and the progress along the way. Very mind full of the covid issue and was well prepared with protective gear.

James and his assistant were so nice, explaining everything as he went along. He also explained about the service plans for which I took a 1 year plan. This was my first experience with Varsity and I am very pleased. James had a lot to do with that.

Of course my A/C unit would go on the hottest day of 2020. Asked my neighbor if he knew anyone who could help. Without hesitation he gave me the # to Varsity!! Great technician, Derek came to help. He was thorough, knowledgeable and wore a mask, gloves and booties over his shoes! All very much appreciated. I signed a one year contract on the spot!! Thank you Varsity and Derek!!
