"Varsity has proven to be an excellent company providing premium, quality service. The technicians are professional, highly skilled (they know their stuff!) & very courteous. The service is also a great value. Using Varsity has been one of the best decisions I’ve made."

"It is difficult to describe the gratitude & respect I have to Varsity! The crew was diligent, highly skilled, extremely responsible, respectful. I recommend them highly without reservation."

"I feel like a valued customer with their responsiveness & efficiency when there is an issue with my home. Highly recommend them after trying out a few other companies who are not as concerned for your business."

"When they say you’re joining the Varsity family, they’re not kidding! Every call was answered or immediately returned. I knew who was coming to my house by name & I got a confirmation call as well as a 30-minute reminder ahead of appointments. We highly recommend Varsity & thank them for their work."

"The Varsity team made it feel like a visit from a family member. Warm, friendly & engaging. Highly professional & inspired us with the utmost confidence. That personality really puts a human face on a service call. When there are many businesses to choose from, this makes all the difference to us. We’ll never look anywhere but to Varsity!"

"There is no question that we made the right choice to use this company. From the pleasant attitude of the receptionist to the salespeople & technical support, they showed concern as to what system would be best for our needs without pressure to upsell."

Great Experience with Varsity for YEARS!

Medina F. 6 months ago

Thank you Sean and Alexis! We've had business with this company for years. To be honest, they have been the most reliable trades company we have ever dealt with. We really appreciate their reliability, communication, and follow-through. It's like a breath of fresh air. I wish all businesses had this level of respect and integrity. They show up on time, and they do quality work! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Alexis N & Mike @ Varsity home service

An outstanding experience. I was fortunate to get the job done on July 3rd due to a cancellation. Lucky me. They came to my house while I was still at work & let themselves in. Thank you to the receptionist who took my code for them so I didn’t lose this opportunity. In addition she let them know I have a dog that cannot leave the yard unless on leash. My dog was happy as a clam when I got home and was indoors. The work Alexis and Mike did was amazing. They cleaned up everything. Took away the old outdated system. They were polite and professional. I’m grateful for everything they did. My family & I can now have a very cool & comfortable 4th of July tomorrow & for many years to come. Thank you Varsity.

Alexis is courteous to customer. I questioned his experience as he looks so young, he delivered good job as it’s now.

Extraordinary

The purpose of this service call was to remove the old AC duct system and replace with new. I was not only astounded by this labor intensive job but so very impressed with the determination, knowledge, and skill demonstrated by Alexis. He completed over 60% of the work before.Eli and Jimmy were able to arrive to assist as they had just completed work elsewhere. Eli and Jimmy were just as committed to the job as Alexis. I thank each of them for their intense hardwork, as this job was ( to me).extraordinarily brutal. Thank you!!
