John Fixed It
John came out for a clogged line per the previous tech and after talking with me and looking at the issue he quickly determined it was an issue with the float sensor. After some adjusting the system seems to be working and best of all no clogged pipe. John was knowledgeable and explained what he found and what he did to repair. I need a follow up from the office on warranty paperwork of the installed units.

I called varsity yesterday and was given an early a.m appointment as i was upset on phone and Christine was nice enough to understand what was going on and really tried to help me be home for techs and get to work today.. both accomplished 👏👏⭐️ John and his partner both arrived promptly, explained the job so i could understand it fully and were extremely pleasant, efficient and neat. Courteous and professional service
From the minute John arrived until the minute he left, John was courteous and considerate. He had to replace a Delta faucet and met with problems from the Delta company despite their lifetime warranty. I have serious health issues and john did everything that he could to make things easier for me. He helped me remove the items under the sink which was difficult with a prolapsed pelvis and did a through clean-up afterwards. The process was painful for me so thank you for sending a polite professional, caring technician to my home. John went above and beyond in completing the job and helping me.

John came over today to repair my kitchen sink, which decided to fall apart at the worst possible time ( with a little help from you tube and me). Prompt, friendly, had to deal with atypical parts ( had to run out to get something). All said he was fast, professional, courteous and did a great job. I will definitely ask for him again.
