A learning Experience
I thought my heating unit was not operating during the coldest days we had during the holidays. Mr. Anthony checked my unit and explained what was happening to my unit, in easy step by step. He did a thorough job, he was very friendly and professional. I could always count on Varsity for sending well trained professionals.

Varsity was great. Same day service when our system when down, the technician Anthony was wonderful! Very knowledgeable & respectful. Worked very hard to get our central air fixed for us, he even left to get a new control board & bring it back to fix right away. We even signed a membership with them because of the wonderful experience.

Smelled gas and contacted Varsity who had a technician to our house right away. The technician, Anthony S., was terrific. He found the leak which turned out not to be in the usual area in the burner but a valve on the pipes to the hot water heater. We found Anthony to be extremely knowledgeable, personable, and dedicated to his profession. The photos he took of the services that we needed done, for our heat and A/C, were very helpful when he had to discuss what was wrong, what needed to be done, and the cost for the work. It gave my husband and me a sense of security and trust that we were getting the best advice and service.

Anthony was very professional and competent. He found an issue with the panel board and it needs to be replaced. He called Carrier and found it was very expensive. We discussed another option with his boss, but he thought the Carrier unit would be more efficient even though more expensive. He put in a lot of work.

He was very pleasant and courteous and explained everything he was doing and checking to determine why I didn't have any heat. He wound up spending the whole afternoon here arranging for the installation of a new needed system, which happened the very next day! This company sure puts the right people in the right jobs! Service Report
Anthony came to inspect my gas furnace heating system as a follow up examination to a previous issue I had that my other company could not resolve and which Varsity was able to detect and resolve immediately. Anthony did a follow up maintenance inspection and detected a problem with the furnace's capacitor which he replaced. He was prompt in his arrival, personable and professional in his demeanor. Thank you to everyone at Varsity for their expeditious and skillful team of workers.

The service technician dispatched to my service call was great! I had several other AC service companies give me their diagnosis of my split AC system troubles but none compared to Anthony’s full, comprehensive, no nonsense, diagnosis. He took the time to explain his findings, compared it to what the others found, if he agreed or disagreed, then layed out full options to take and costs involved. He gave me solid information for me to review and choose a cost effective and fair path to take. Other companies offered very little, if any advice or help for me to decide on an approach to take on any repairs. I’d like to thank Anthony for his professionalism and guidance.

Varsity provided exceptional service especially by tech Anthony Squires who helped with repairing by AC unit which wasn’t blowing cool air. He was efficient and honest about the work needed and explained everything perfectly for me to understand.
