Recently, brothers Sean and Aidan had the opportunity to work together at a jobsite, giving us a great reminder of what that family connection looks like in practice. 🛠️
Two Brothers, One Team
Aidan's path to Varsity was influenced by someone pretty close to home: his brother, Sean.
Inspired to follow in his brother's footsteps, Aidan joined the industry with an opportunity to build a career while learning important skills along the way. One of his favorite parts of the job is exactly that — continuing to learn and develop skills that extend beyond the work itself.
Sean's path into the industry started with a similar curiosity. He was excited by the opportunity to learn a new skill, and that desire to keep learning has continued throughout his career. As a plumber, Sean knows there's always something new to learn, and that's one of the things he enjoys most about his work.
Seeing the two brothers working together is a great example of how knowledge and experience can be passed along within a family — but it's also a reflection of the environment we want to create for everyone at Varsity.
Family Is More Than a Last Name
The family connection at Varsity doesn't stop with the people who share a last name.
