Our heat turned off
Craig K. was prompt to show up within a half of calling Varsity heating. He reviewed the situation and quickly found it to be water in the pipes to which he drained the pipes through the boiler. Considering nothing had to be repaired, it wasn't that bad. Craig stayed to make sure heat was restored to the upstairs. I highly recommend Varsity.

Central Air Start Up
As I was very disappointed in the company that installed my central air unit , I did not want to call them back to check the unit for summer start up. My friend suggested I call Varsity. When Craig came to the house, he immediately started explaining what the check up involved. He also checked one of the vents with a low air flow and he advised me of how that could be corrected. He wore "booties" while he was in the house, and was extremely careful when up in the attic. He also showed me where the filter is for my unit, and even wrote down the size and merv rating for the filter, so I could order the right filter for my unit. I loved that he explained to me all the tests he was running and what my settings should be, He also provided me with information regarding additional purifiers I could purchase if I was interested, He was considerate and respectful of both my house and me. I am very appreciative of all the information Craig provided to me regarding my specific unit and the maintenance and safety checks of that unit, I am so happy my friend suggested I use Varsity. Really appreciated Craig's assistance. He explained everything before doing it as well as answering all our questions. His personality is welcoming and enjoyable. Craig K. from Varsity came to inspect our heating and cooling system. We had moved in fairly recently and wanted to make sure everything was in working order, filters were up to date, and that we had what we needed to heat and cool our home efficiently. Craig K. is an excellent technician. We called varsity customer service due to safety malfunction of our gas furnace, The gas furnace only blowing cooled air and no heat coming out from the ignition. Luckily the customer service is kind enough to schedule us on the same day . We are very much thankful that the varsity customer representative able to dispatch a tecnician in the afternoon . Craig K. was excellent and very knowledgeable, efficient, kind, patient and pleasant technician. He is able to fix the furnace issue right away. He also explain to us that we need a wind proof chimney cap to prevent the furnace shotting down to safety. Thanks to the varsity team specially Craig. We have our heat back.
Great Service
When I came home Friday afternoon I was greeted by a water drip from my ceiling apparently coming from my central air conditioner unit. I called Varsity who scheduled a Monday morning appointment. Craig quickly determined the problem and its solution and quickly fixed the problem.
